The following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the mobile apps Today’s Meditation, Today’s Stanza, Waldo: Reading Emerson, and Woolf Tracks (the “App”). The terms “App Developer,” “us” or “we” refers to the app developer(s) Christopher Shade as identified in Apple and Google app stores.
The App Developer does not collect or share any data when using the App.
When using the App, this is how data is stored:
You are not required to log in to use the App.
Your daily content favorites are saved directly on your mobile device.
Any preferences you choose in Settings, such as a default theme, are saved directly on your mobile device.
The App does connect to any App Developer backend servers at any time to store or retrieve content.
Your Journal or Workbook entries within the App, and any poems you write, are your content, and are stored exclusively on your device or shared externally at your choice via a Share feature (e.g., email your poem or journal entry to yourself for safekeeping). App Developer neither has access to, nor asserts any rights to, your content.
Your Manifesto collection is saved directly on your device, and may be shared externally at your choice via a Share feature (e.g., email your Manifesto to yourself for safekeeping).
Your gaming scores may or may not be available on a worldwide leaderboard. If so, no personal information such as your name will be stored or displayed for this purpose; instead, for your leaderboard position an obfuscated, system-generated name of your choosing will be made available to you. If you do not choose an obfuscated system-generated name, then one will be chosen for you, in the interest of absolute personal data privacy.
The App Developer believes strongly in not collecting or sharing your data, period. It belongs to you.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or would like further information, please contact us using the form available on this site.
